Amdocs has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Openet, a supplier of 5G charging, coverage and cloud technology.
The boards of supervisors of Openet and Amdocs have approved the trade for online consideration of approximately $180m in money that, subject to the fulfillment of closing conditions, is anticipated to be finished prior to the conclusion of the fourth quarter of financial 2020.
