In accordance with the rumors, Apple is set to establish four iPhone versions this season. What is interesting is that among the versions, the base version to be precise, will arrive in a bigger 5.4-inch body when compared with 6.1-inch and 6.8-inch versions. Save for the iPhone SE, Apple hasn’t published a flagship iPhone in this little body for some time now.
Obviously those are rumors rather than much inventory should really be set in them, but based on 9to5Mac, they’ve discovered some evidence that indicates such an iPhone could really be in the works. This comes in the kind of Screen Zoom that appears to hint in a lower resolution which may be for the rumored 5.4-inch version.
For people who are unfamiliar, Screen Zoom is a characteristic of iOS which makes icons and text larger. This is achieved by lowering the resolution into another smallest iPhone, therefore for instance, when combined with the iPhone XS Max and iPhone 11 Guru Max, the resolution will be changed from its first to some 5.8-inch screen resolution.
While this by no means ensures that a smaller iPhone is in evolution, it will make a fairly persuasive argument. Take it with a grain of salt for now, but we are going to have to wait till September or October if the new iPhones have been announced to find a formal confirmation.
