According to the latest rumors we’ve got through the rumor mill, Canon has stopped the growth cycle of 5D series camera in favor of Canon ff Mirrorless platform cameras. Ket’s do a little fact check.

What Rumor Mill Said Back on 2019

However, again do not take these rumors too badly because on October 2019 that they stated the 5D Mark V will arrive in the conclusion of 2020

That which we’ve stated then [on 2019]

We do understand that Canon always announces 1D series camera and 5D Series entirely (in precisely the exact same year with couple of months of gap) and that is why rumor mills completed a guesswork couple weeks past, which 5D Mark V might arrive at 2020 that was covered by all top photography and camera related site. (such as Petapixel link over )

Regrettably, we do not have any information associated with Canon 5D successor announcement in 2020. Our article here

Now what, 5D Series finished?

For today, we’ve observed in certain versions Canon does postpone the upgrades to maximize its Mirrorless user base. However, so far as I am aware, the Canon 5D show is ultra popular expert show and they’re able to delay the upgrade around 1 or two decades. However, I really don’t believe that they will kill their ultra-popular expert 5D DSLR camera.
