Social Networking rules defied at block party and Soccer Parties

A journalist who attended US President Donald Trump’s rally in Tulsa last week said on Friday he’s tested positive for Covid-19.

Oklahoma Watch reporter Paul Monies stated that he was informed on Friday of his favorable identification.

“I am pretty amazed,” Monies composed on Twitter. “I’ve zero signs (so far) and I feel good. In reality, I ran 5 miles this morning”

Monies stated he had been within the rally for approximately 6 hours on Saturday in the BOK Center which he wore a mask and largely practiced social distancing, except for when he moved into the concourse to find a snack. He said that he was not near the president.

An epidemiologist in the Oklahoma City-County Health Department who informed Monies of his favorable result said it is hard to establish whether he contracted the coronavirus in the rally.

“I can not state definitively that I obtained it in the rally,” Monies said. “But it is someone I have been connected with in the previous two months”
