ISLAMABAD: The killing of a mentally challenged, teenaged Pakistani-Hindu boy in Nagarparkar and maintains of”infiltration” are a part of India’s”baseless propaganda effort”, the spokesperson for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said Thursday.
“On the night of 8th August, a 17 year old civilian, Bero Mal, was shot dead by Indian Border Security Forces at Nagarparkar Sector,” that the FO said, condemning the killing under the Prime Minister Narendra Modi-led Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) government.
“This condemnable killing of the mentally challenged Pakistani Hindu comes from the background of Indian propaganda and misinformation effort against Pakistan such as the so-called’infiltration’ round the boundary.
“Killing a hotly contested Pakistani Hindu and yelling’infiltration’, speaks volumes about the trustworthiness of false Indian asserts,” the Foreign Office said.
It slammed the”baseless Indian propaganda” effort, stressing the Modi-led government may”not divert attention from India’s internal problems, the treatment of minorities in India along with the improper position in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir”.
