LONDON: The Pakistani government attempted to trace if their primary coalition allies, largely former Punjab chief minister Pervaiz Elahi’s son Moonis Elahi, owns some assets from the uk and the British Virgin Islands (BVI) or not.
Reputable resources have shared Geo.tv that Pakistani authorities authorities made extensive queries to locate details of resources, if any, owned directly or indirectly by Moonis, Pervaiz Elahi, Chaudhary Shujaat, or some of their relatives.
It is recognized that at least 2 requests were sent into the British authorities by the Pakistani government, wanting to aid them in the pursuit of their alleged resources but so far, the research has yielded no positive outcomes.
The national government delivered the very first petition to the UK government’s Home Office about a couple of decades back after the PTI and the Pakistan Muslim League (Q) entered into a coalition government in Punjab and also the center.
