Vadodara: A six-foot-long crocodile was rescued by a tin shed on the Sama-Savli Road late on Monday night. The reptile had sneaked into the shed in which a few labourers were remaining. Volunteers of the Wildlife Rescue Trust (WRT) hurried to the spot and rescued the crocodile and handed it on to the forest section.
WRT volunteers stated that the drop has been created for labourers who had been working in a construction site near. The reptile probably ventured from Vishwamitri River or any nearby water . Throughout the past couple of days, many crocodiles which were seen on the streets are rescued from other regions of the city. tnn
