Cops’ focus now changes to tracing sufferer’s body | Vadodara News


Vadodara: A day after grabbing the automobile that was supposedly utilized to disposing of the body of 62-year old death victim, Sheikh Nishar Babu, researchers have shifted concentrate on distributing his entire body.
Authorities are currently trying to monitor movement of the automobile possessed by a head constable posted at Fatehgunj police channel.
“It is an eight-month old episode, thus we can not get CCTV footage found from town locations. However, our attention is on discovering the path the automobile took that evening. If we can map the road, we could trace Sheikh’s own body,” said a senior police officer.
Investigating officials are still finding it hard to track the path together with of the six cops detained in the custodial death situation are still lost.
“We’re focussing on the team that was current from the Fatehgunj police station the day once Sheikh was attracted there. Although the cops posted you will find tight-lipped concerning the episode and denying any understanding, we’re questioning all these. We’re expecting that some might spill the beans,” the official told TOI.
Researchers are also hopeful of obtaining some evidences in the auto that’s been delivered for FSL evaluations.
The accused cops such as police inspector, Dharmendrasinh Gohil, PSI Dasrath Rabari and LRD jawans Yogendrasinh Jeelansinh, Pankaj Mavjibhai, Rajesh Savjibhai and Hitesh Shambhubhai have been on the run for a week because the FIR was registered against them. Pankaj had made the vehicle out of head constable Maheshbhai for allegedly disposing the body off.
The cops have achieved to the relatives of those accused and visited their hometowns to track down them. But they’ve failed to receive any clue. Sheikh had gone missing from Fatehgunj police station in December last year after being picked up as a suspect in a theft case.
A month after, his child approached the authorities which started diagnoses but FIR was registered following the court directed the authorities to probe the issue.
