THANE/PALGHAR: Palghar Zilla Parishad vice president Nilesh Sambre and many others had been reserved on Tuesday for filming a rasta roko protest against the inadequate state of roads in the district, authorities said.
A police officer stated Sambre and many others squatted on the street involving Wada and Bhiwandi and shouted slogans, which interrupts traffic for four weeks.
Cases are filed against Sambre and 200 others under different segments of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and the Epidemic Diseases Act.
No arrest has been made up to now.
