Surat: Family members of those 26-year-old girl Chartered Accountant (CA) filed a memorandum to city police commissioner workplace on Tuesday demanding registering of an offence for abetting suicide contrary to the female’s former companies.
Deceased Panchhila Lunagariya, a resident of Simada Naka had finished life by hanging himself in her house on June 30. Currently authorities are investigating the situation as accidental death and also an offence in this respect was enrolled in Sarthana police channel.
The household members, such as Chatur Lunagariya, father of the deceased, have alleged that the dead person had stopped her job due to her company’s harassment. In the memorandum, the kin said that she committed suicide after she was supposedly threatened of lawful actions by the company and also have submitted mails which the deceased had obtained from her employer.
Lunagariya was used at a CA company in Bhatar and utilized to take care of accounts of several of the company’s customers.
“Panchhila was jeopardized of lawful actions through emails. We’re not able to unlock her iPhone that needs to be needing more details. We need comprehensive police investigation in the situation,” stated cousin of the deceased, Bhavesh Lunagariya.
As stated by her kin, the dead person had attended a’Katha’ at unit of their company’s customer on June 22. As she was able to deal with the customers’ accounts for several months they had been in great terms and consequently encouraged her. But her employer, who’d arrived , took her existence there differently and scolded her in front of a lot of men and women. They said that her employer needs to have guessed the deceased of functioning in their customer’s business without notifying her workplace.
“The dead person was served notice after she had been discovered working for the customer of this CA firm. Meanwhile, she quit her job and her employer warned her of all lawful activities. We’ve recovered the mails from her notebook,” said an officer in Sarthana police channel.
“Until the time that it isn’t apparent why she took the radical measure, we cannot reserve anybody,” the officer added.
