Surat: In a time once the diamond business is yet to restart full-fledge surgeries, there’s a powerful buzz about a top angadia company (courier service ) from the walled city area moving bust. The speculations started after the owners of this company went underground tripping their offices at Surat, Mumbai, Bhavnagar, Amreli, Rajkot, along with other areas on Thursday.
Resources stated that the company’s head office is situated in the town’s Bhawani Wad region. Additionally, the company’s owners owe approximately Rs 400 crore to greater than 100 customers from the diamond sector in Surat and Mumbai.
Two days before, there have been rumours in the diamond market about a proprietor of this angadia business in query committing suicide in Mehsana.

An office-bearer of Surat Diamond Association (SDA) seeking anonymity said,”The company in question is a top name in the business with reports of several large diamantaires. It’s come as a jolt for the business in a period once the sector his badly hit by the coronavirus pandemic.”
