RANCHI/PATNA: Jailed RJD chief Lalu Prasad, now undergoing therapy in a Ranchi hospital for numerous disorders, has tested negative for Covid-19, a senior doctor at the center said on Monday. Three of the attendants, nevertheless, have now been diagnosed with the disorder, he explained.
The report on his swab sample evaluation which came late on Sunday revealed that Prasad didn’t contract the disease, Dr Umesh Prasad, who’s attending the ailing RJD supremo in Rajendra Institute of Medical Sciences (RIMS), advised.
His trials, and those of his sailors, were delivered for evaluation on Saturday as a preventative step.
The state-run RIMS is among those designated Covid-19 hospitals at the Jharkhand funding.

“We’re celebrating the situation for the time being. If needed, we’ll ship the RJD leader’s samples for re-examination after 4-5 days,” he explained.

The former Bihar chief minister, who’s serving prison sentences in many instances of multi-crore fodder scam, has been undergoing therapy in the RIMS for quite a while.
Meanwhile, the RJD president evaluation reports have brought cheers to his loved ones members and partymen.

The 72-year old RJD supremo, after being convicted by a special CBI court in 2017, was delivered to Birsa Munda Central Jail at Ranchi. He was later altered to the RIMS because his health condition deteriorated.
The Rs 900-crore fodder scam had happened from the animal husbandry department of combined Bihar at the 90therefore, when Prasad had been the ministry. He’s been convicted in fodder scam cases pertaining to fraudulent withdrawal of cash from government treasuries.
Jharkhand has already reported that a total of 8,349 Covid-19 instances up to now, of that 85 have expired.
