MUMBAI: Maharashtra reported 10,320 new instances on Friday, carrying the Covid-19 tally to 4,22,118, while 265 new deaths – 53 of these in Mumbai – increased the cost to 14,994, the state health department said.
A statement in the health department mentioned ,543 patients were also discharged from hospitals when they recovered from the viral disease.
As many as two,56,158 Covid-19 patients are discharged up to now from the country, it stated.
The recovery rate in the country is currently 60. 68 percent, although the case fatality rate is . 55 percent, the announcement said.
