PATNA: A guy brutally murdered his wife after stabbing her several times in head, face, neck and other areas of human anatomy due to family dispute in village Matiyao beneath Yadunathpur police station area at Rohtas district of Bihar on Wednesday night. The slain girl was identified as Ribha Devi, elderly approximately 30 years.
Yadunathpur police station SHO Shambhu Kumar reported that Ribha’s husband had been detained in the village at the wee hours of Thursday.
He said the accused has been identified as Raju Singh alias Fitun Singh, elderly around 36 years. He said the girl had been residing with her parents in Matiyao for just one and half an hour because of dispute with her husband. The couple have married about 12 years ago and had two small sons and a girl.
“Raju had attained his spouse’s home at Matiyao for fulfilling her. Ribha’s parents and other relatives had welcomed him after the strain between Ribha as well as served meals,” he explained.
The SHO said that following food, Raju moved within a room to unwind with his spouse. “He had the door from inside and began dialogue with wife. All of a sudden, Raju gagged his spouse by maintaining hand on her mouth and began stabbing her,” he explained.
The SHO said that Ribha had been stabbed multiple times in head, neck, face, abdomen, limbs and other parts of the human body.
“She had been rushed to hospital but died on the road. She had been stabbed over a dozen occasions. Meanwhile, Raju fled on the place and hid himself from the village,” SHO explained.
SHO Kumar stated it was nevertheless clear if Raju had attracted the knife or had obtained it from within Ribha’s home just.
“Ribha’s dad Singheshwar Singh had documented announcement that Raju used to not provide her food and constantly thrashed him because of which she’d abandoned his home and arrived Matiyao with kids,” he explained.
The SHO said Raju was the indigenous of village Ratangarh beneath Kandi police station in Garhwa district of Jharkhand close Rohtas and’d attained Matiyao after crossing mountains on foot. He explained that additional investigation was happening in relation to the situation and the entire body has been handed over to household after autopsy on Thursday.
