PATNA: Police and excise department officials detained three men and recovered 92 lakh from their possession when running a car checking for controlling liquor smuggling in a check-post beneath Mohania police station area at Kaimur district on Wednesday.
Kaimur SP Dilnawaz Ahmed explained the detained men were identified as Arvind Kumar Soni (34), Deepkamal Kumar (20) and Raghuvir Prasad (35). Three cellphones were seized from their possession, SP said.
He explained Soni was indigenous of Darihat below precisely the exact same police station area whilst remaining of both were inhabitants of Navratan Bazaar beneath Sasaram police station region, in Kaimur district.
