Patna: The Vigilance Investigation Bureau has enrolled moment FIR against frozen IAS officer S M Raju because of his alleged participation in Bihar Mahadalit Vikas Mission scam where roughly Rs 7.3 crore was wrongly ascribed to British Lingua from the title of teaching spoken English into Mahadalit youths from the country.
