Bihar: 52 CRPF men test positive for Covid-19 | Patna News


PATNA: 52 Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) personnel stationed in the Bihar industry headquarters of the paramilitary force on Ashiana-Digha Road in town have so far tested positive for Covid-19.
Bihar industry commandant (surgeries ) MK Singh, who’s also the public relations officer, told TOI that four personnel tested positive on Wednesday. “Until Tuesday, the amount of favorable employees from the industry headquarters has been 48,” he explained.
Singh explained that from 48, 45 have been been retained at a Covid-19 care center run by the district government near Kangan Ghat at Patna City, while three more were shipped into the Patliputra Sports Complex in Kankarbagh. “These are symptomatic because of that they’ve been delivered to the sports complex at which the district government is maintaining others also,” he said adding that 45 in Kangan Ghat are asymptomatic.
Commandant Singh explained the four new cases will be transmitted to an isolation center at CRPF’s composite hospital at Muzaffarpur on Thursday which additionally has a Covid-19 maintenance mobile.
He stated that there are quarantine centers at group centers in Mokama and other areas using battalion headquarters of para-military forces.
