PATNA: At least two men were detained on Tuesday while others had been evading arrest following 2 men were shot dead in two distinct villages beneath Gamharia police channel region in Madhepura on late Monday night that took following a scuffle within a love affair.
Authorities said murdered men were identified as Ravindra Yadav (40) along with also a farmer Tapeshwar Yadav (55), both indigenous of Singiyon village beneath Gamaharia police station region.
Authorities said Ravindra was murdered at village Rupauli when he was returning home on bicycle while Tapeshwar was shot dead when he had been sitting in entry of his home.
Gamharia police station SHO Subodh Kumar Gupta another individual Anil Mandal (42) was shot but he lived and was hurried to Darbhanga medical school and hospital.
“Anil, an agriculture department worker, was captured in ribs in Kalichak Chowk if he was returning home in village Dular. He condition remains severe. Hurry two were were taken once in torso. No empty capsules were recovered from areas of three episode which happened between 8. 30pm to 9pm,” he explained.
Gupta said after the episode, Anil Yadav (35) and Hareram Yadav (36), both natives of Singiyon, were detained on Tuesday following raids due to their alleged participation in killings.
SHO stated one Anshu Yadav (35) was identified as shot in all three events. “He’s also a native of Singiyon and is currently evading arrest. He targeted Anil, then Ravindra followed by Tapeshwar,” he explained adding Anshu is accused in murder case and was to prison previously.
SHO said boy one Rajo Yadav had event with daughter of a single Rajkishore Yadav at Singiyon. “The man hid the woman within his uncle Tapeshwar’s home few days ago,” he explained.
SHO stated Anshu, who had been on Rajkishore’s side, strove to bring back the woman when he had been scolded by Tapeshwar’s wife and a scuffle happened.
“A case was lodged from Tapeshwar’s side with Gamharia police station in relation to the episode against Anshu and many other people on Sunday,” he explained.
SHO Anshul and many others were pressurising Tapeshwar to draw the situation. “The romance amalgated with scuffle eventually resulted the killings,” he explained.
“Police has come to understand that Ravindra was within a panchayat meeting a week and had encouraged Tapeshwar that happened over the romance,” he explained.
SHO stated three distinct FIRs were lodged at which 15 men were made termed accused. He said raids were on to nab those involved in episodes.
