MUMBAI: A 30-year old Nagpur resident who mistreated main minister Uddhav Thackeray, Aaditya Thackeray and Shiv Sena Union Nitin Raut and advised their working on twitter had been reserved.
V P Road authorities on Monday reserved Sameer Thakkar below Indian Penal Code segments for defamation and circulating an article, writings, drawing or some other representation and beneath Information Technology Act.
Authorities said they had issued summons to Thakkar to look at the channel to record his statement.
A criticism by Sena legal adviser Dharam Mishra alleged that Thakkar via @thakkar_sameet submitted an image of Uddhav and Aditya and compared him to some Mughal ruler in June and July. He mistreated Raut too.
“Mishra stated Sameet mistreated them onto a public domain instead of only insulted them made a mockery of authorities,” said senior inspector Gulabrao More.
