NAGPUR: The subject and also addl sessions court on Monday granted bail to pub proprietor Tapan Jaiswal along with his three thirds before reserved for extortion and other fees by city authorities a week to get harassing one Sameer Ingle and requiring attention at the rate of 15percent on Rs 70,000 borrowed by him.
The court observed that there was danger in maintaining the accused in prison throughout the covid pandemic. Additionally, it observed that maintaining the accused in prison wouldn’t serve any function if the analysis officer of the crime division and people prosecutor had opposed the bond.
Jaiswal and others are taught by the court to cooperate with the investigation and additionally provide bonds of Rs25,000 each.
Advocates Kamal Satuja, Kailash Dodhani, Sameer Sonwane and Nitin Wase appeared for the accused.
