Chikkamagaluru/ Shivamogga: Because of rain lashing the Malnad area , the rivers originating in the Western Ghats are at full circulation. The catchment regions of the Tunga, Bhadra, Hemavathi and Nethravathi rivers in Chikkamagaluru obtained the utmost rainfall. Additionally, it rained in Koppa, Nrpura, Sringeri and Mudigere taluks.
