AGRA: A day following the Lucknow authorities chose to reserve five individuals below the NSA for its murder of a Dalit, that the Agra Police may even slap the rigorous action contrary to the natives of a nine year-old boy, who had been found dead near his home in village Dhaura three times past.
The SHO of neighborhood Etmadpur police station was suspended for negligence in conducting timely investigations following the complaint was lodged by the lost boy’s parents. The departmental question has also arranged against him.
Speaking to TOI, SSP Babloo Kumar explained that the NSA is going to be pitted against three accused- Mohd Wahid, Arman and Ayub for committing the most heinous offense. He explained,”the directions in this respect have been issued into the group officer”
The SSP told TOI that the dead person’s family members are given a cheque of Rs 5 lakh in the CM’s relief fund now.
On the series of events, the little boy Updesh vanished from outside his home on September 8. The dead man’s father Raghunath Singh lodged a police complaint of lost his kid at Etmadulla police station after they failed to find him. The household members suspected the participation of the neighbour but authorities didn’t question them, they declared.
whenever the boy’s body was recovered on September 10, kin of the deceased accused that the authorities for delay in actions, resulting in their son’s departure.
Officials promptly moved the SHO to police point and arrested one of the accused Mohd Wahid following a meeting with the police on Saturday morning. Two other accused were detained later.
Based on authorities, Mohd Wahid had chased his neighbor’s son with a goal to require a ransom of Rs 2 lakh from him with the assistance of the two accomplices. Nevertheless, the little boy began crying before the accused could intoxicate him. Scared of getting caught, he strangulated the boy with lace.
