West Bengal’s Covid-19 death toll reaches 1,112 | Kolkata News


KOLKATA: The Covid-19 death toll in West Bengal on Sunday reached 1,112 later 36 individuals succumbed to the illness, the greatest so far in one day, according to a bulletin published by the state health division. Kolkata listed the highest 15 deaths, followed closely by Arabian North 24 Parganas nine, Hooghly four, Howrah and South 24 Parganas three per cent, also Purba Medinipur and Paschim Medinipur one each.
At least two,278 individuals, the highest in one day, tested positive for the illness, taking the disease tally into 42,487, the report stated.
The amount of active instances is 16,492.
Throughout the past 24 hours,344 individuals have recovered from the illness, while 13,471 trials are analyzed, ” it included.
