JAIPUR: The state home division on Friday issued revised guidelines for Strike 3.0 — from August 1 to August 31 — eliminating restrictions on inter-state traveling and movement of goods and persons within the country. Additionally, it said that all spiritual places shall be allowed to start from September 1, together with specific protocols and conditions. In accord with this MHA guidelines, the state authorities, also, lifted’nighttime curfew’ and gave instructions to permit reopening of gymnasiums and yoga institutes in August 5.
The guidelines issued with additional chief secretary (home) Rohit Kumar Singh reported that”no relaxations of any sort shall be allowed from the containment zones”.
“Strict protocol will be detected at the containment zones according to MHA/ministry of health & family welfare (MoHFW) guidelines and just crucial activities shall be permitted. Prohibitory orders under Section 144 will be issued from the district jurisdiction concerned,” it stated.
District government may even identify”buffer zones” beyond the various containment zones and ascertain the constraints required on these activities such regions as are deemed necessary, it included.
According to the guidelines,”there will be no limitation on inter-state and inside state movement of goods and persons. All commercial passenger transportation vehicles — bus, cab, taxi aggregators (Ola/Uber, etc.), autorickshaw, cyclerickshaw — will also be allowed to ply matter to ensuring suitable sanitisation of chairs and signature factors before and after every trip and carrying other security measures. The passengers traveling in almost any vehicle (commercial or private ) won’t exceed the allowed seating capacity of their registered car”.
“The SOPs for permitting operation of yoga institutes and gymnasiums in August 5 will be issued from the ministry of health and family welfare, government of India,” it farther additional.
The guidelines also said the actions in areas which are going to be allowed subject to conditions incorporate little areas of worship (temple, masjid, gurudwara, etc.) in rural regions, which has typical daily visitors of around 50 daily before lockdown.
“The entrance of men have to maintain a staggered manner so the amount of men within the place of worship at the same time period is restricted to the extent that social distancing of 6 ft is guaranteed between each individual,” it said. “All men inside these areas must put on a mask”
“All different areas of religious worship (temples, mosques, churches, gurudwaras, etc) will likely be allowed to start from September 1 having specific conditions/protocol. Separate instructions will be issued for this then,” said the purchase.
Additionally, it added that Independence Day works in the district, sub-division, municipal and panchayat levels will be permitted only by subsequent health protocols, Covid standards and ensuring social distancing.
Additionally, it prescribes work from home so much as possible and suggests shocking of work/business hours at offices, offices, stores, markets and industrial and business institutions.
