JAIPUR: Chief minister Ashok Gehlot on Monday announced the launching of Indira Rasoi Yojana (Indira Kitchen Scheme) to meet its guarantee of’nobody sleeps hungry’ from the nation. Under this strategy, the destitute will be supplied nutritious food two times daily on concessional prices.
He stated the government would spend Rs 100 crore per year to the scheme. Local NGOs are also lined up to run this strategy and efficient tracking will be achieved with the assistance of information technologies.
Former chief minister Vasundhara Raje said the new scheme isn’t but her government’s strategy in a brand new name. “The Congress government, that leads to renaming our strategies, has changed the title of’Annapurna Rasoi’ into’Indira Rasoi Yojana’.

Gehlot has been inaugurating a 10-afternoon Covid-19 awareness effort through video conference from his official home on Monday.
