JAIPUR: The Rajasthan High Court while issuing a note to the state authorities remained the state of procuring certification of enrollment in the medical council of Rajasthan for applying to the post of medical officer.
The court asked the authorities to incorporate the petitioners provisionally from the decision procedure. The single bench of Justice Ashok Kumar Gaur issued the order on a request by Sachin Mehta.
Nitish Bagri, counsel for the petitioner, stated, the state authorities had issued advertising for its recruitment of two,000 medical officers in June this year. The petitioners are pursuing their internship training programme. The Rajasthan Medical Council had issued provisional registration certificates along with also the permanent registration certificate has been issued after conclusion of their aforesaid one-year internship.
They had been aggrieved with a supplementary state from the recruitment telling on June 2 this season where the candidates might only be termed as qualified to the floor that they secure permanent registration certification issued from the Rajasthan Medical Council, on or prior to the exam date July 12, that was contested in the courtroom.
