JAIPUR: The state government on Friday evening moved 66 IPS officers at the country, such as 20 SPs of different districts.
The transfer arrangement , that was in the pipeline for some time, came a day after the arrangement for IAS officials had been issued.
The move included consultation of M L Lather, that had been holding the post of DG (Law and Order), as DG Crime Branch, which was held by B L Soni who’s been appointed as DG Jail.
Rajeev Kumar Sharma, that had been ADG Personnel, was appointed as ADG-cum-Director of Rajasthan Police Academy. Saurabh Srivastava was appointed as ADG Law and Order, Jaipur, after being relieved by the article of ADG Anti-Corruption Bureau. Aside from that, Govind Gupta, ADG Vigilance, will take more than ADG (Recruitment and Promotion), and will probably be substituted by Biju George Joseph in one single transfer.
Vijay Kumar Singh will take more than Vishal Bansal as IGP (CID CB).
From the significant reshuffle, Prafulla Kumar, who had been holding the post of Commissioner of Police, Jodhpur, was moved as IGP Bikaner Range, and will be substituted by Jose Mohan, who was previously the IGP Bikaner.
Ajay Pal Lamba, that had been ADG Law and Order, Jaipur, was awarded the post of ADG Crime, Jaipur, to substitute Ashok Gupta. Lamba is going to be substituted with Rahul Prakash, who had been DCP Traffic, Jaipur.
Haider Ali Zaidi, SP of Bharatpur district will take more than DIG Intelligence, Jaipur. He’ll be substituted by Amandeep Singh Kapoor who had been SP Bhiwadi.
Priti Chandra was moved from DCP (West) Jodhpur as SP Bhilwara. Her husband, Nagaur SP Vikas Pathak will take more than SP CID (Individual Rights). Another SPs contain transfers from Churu, Alwar, Karauli, Dholpur, Banswara, Sirohi, Jaisalmer, Tonk, Kota Rural, Jalore, Dausa, Jhalawar and many others.
