JAISALMER: The notices issued with one seat of the Rajasthan HC to a petition challenging the BSP-Congress merger at the country have been served to six former BSP legislators from the Jaisalmer district judge on Friday.
In the morning, a high court official from Jodhpur attained Jaisalmer together with the notices. Together with the reader in the workplace of Jaisalmer district judge as well as other employees, he moved to Suryagarh Hotel at which the MLAs are remaining. The notices were served at the existence of Jaisalmer SP Ajay Singh along with other police officers.
The six MLAs, who changed from BSP to Congress in September this past year, need to submit their answers on two petitions transferred individually by BJP MLA Madan Dilawar and the BSP before the high court single seat of Justice Mahendar Kumar Goyal at Jaipur on Tuesday.
The petitions assert that the BSP-Congress merger has been unconstitutional and involve disqualifying both MLAs out of the state gathering .
