ALWAR: Unravelling the connivance of policemen in conducting a racket involved with banning of milk in the tankers, the Alwar authorities on Thursday suspended three constables and also have sent one helper sub-inspector(ASI) and four additional constables into authorities lines.
Alwar authorities was in news for wrong reasons for assisting infamous gangster Papla Gujjar to flee.
Senior police officials, such as Ram Moorti Joshi, the superintendent of police, Alwar discovered that some policemen connived with gangs involved with banning of milk in the milk tankers from the federal highways.
Following the thing came into the noticed of this SP, a rigorous action was removed from the corrupt policemen. “It was also discovered that these policemen weren’t merely involved in facilitating the theft of milk but they were involved in lobbying to release the detained accused in relation to the milk thieving,” said a senior police officer.
People who have been suspended comprised a motorist constable Sanjay Yadav and yet another constable Sanjay Dhankar. “Five additional policemen including an ASI are shipped to lines. The issue would be researched with deputy superintendent of police, Behror Atul Sahi,” said a senior police officer.
When contacted, Joshi while speaking to TOI, stated,”On July 26, we’ve analysed the situation where authorities had arrested six individuals red handed while stealing milk which was supplied to Delhi through Alwar in milk tankers. We have a particular input on the participation of a few policemen. Hence, action was taken and an evaluation is on,” Joshi added.
