KOTA: The ACB on Sunday detained the village improvement officer and sarpanch of Panchyat Samiti Mandana at Kota after official allegedly accepted a bribe of Rs 20,000.
Both accused had demanded Rs 25,000 for transformation of agriculture land for industrial purpose and also issuing a NOC. They had approved Rs ,000 in the time of confirmation of the criticism on Wednesday a week.
Based on DSP, ACB, Bundi, Tarunkant Somani, Rajendra Kumar Gochar, 38, a resident of Borekheda of all Kota town lodged a complaint with ACB Bundi who Mahaveer Prasad Jain, 54, a resident of RK Puram at Kota and published as village development officer at Mandana and sarpanch Babli Meena had demanded a bribe of Rs 25,000.
