JAIPUR: City police arrested a gang of four men for allegedly trying to sell plots beneath Jaipur Development Authority (JDA) utilizing deceptive records .
About June 29, cops received a complaint from a professor of Rajasthan University who alleged that the accused had been hoping to market her plot located in Kalwar Road using bogus documents following that a team had been included to monitor and arrest the gang.
The men arrested were identified as Babulal Nayak (50), Rajesh Kumawat (40), Rajkumar Kumawat (40) and Kaushal Sharma (51). They had been arrested by employees of different police stations in Jaipur.
Kavendra Singh Sagar, DCP, Jaipur West stated,”We received a complaint from your professor who maintained that via a familiarity, she discovered that Babulal was hoping to sell her 206 bigha plot beneath JDA plot on Kalwar Road using bogus documents. The accused had quoted a sale cost of Rs 2.5 crore. After we began the stunt, we discovered that Babulal was working together with his co-accused to market property within this deceptive fashion and four were detained.”
