KOTA: A 5-year-old woman, who’d gone to observe Raksha Bandhan in her maternal grandparents’ home at a village beneath Ghatoli police station region of Jhalawar district, had been raped by a relative to July 30. The mother of this survivor approached Ghatoli police station on Wednesday late night and lodged a case from the little accused, who’s not yet been arrested.
The clinical evaluation on the small survivor has been conducted on Thursday along with her bills under Department 164 prior to the magistrate were listed later in the afternoon.
The survivor is currently a resident of Chandpura village beneath Dangipura police station of Jhalawar district and went into her maternal grandparents’ home with her mum to celebrate Raksha Bandhan in a village beneath Ghatoli police station, SHO in Ghantoli police channel Bannalal said.
The mommy, together with the minor survivor, approached Ghatoli police station on Wednesday night and lodged a case of rape against the little accused, who’s roughly 15 to 16 years old and has been a cousin of the survivor’s mum, he explained.
The survivor has alleged in the accounts which the accused on July 30 lured her with toffees and took her into his home in the area where he chased her, the SHO said. The survivor’s mom didn’t visit the authorities for several days since her husband was off and her parents and other relatives pressurized her to not file a complaint in the subject, he explained that if she narrated the issue for her husband about his birth, he requested her to file a case in this connection.
On the accounts, the accused was booked under Section 376 of IPC and Sections of their Pocso Act, he added.
The accused is not yet been detained.
