ALWAR/JAIPUR: Alwar police detained one individual accused of murdering a woods home shield inside Sariska Tiger Reserve on Sunday after he and his colleague tried to prevent suspected members of the mining mafia out of smuggling bajri. The accused was identified as 25-year-old Lala Ram.
Tejaswini Gautam, SP, Alwar stated,”According to intelligence from resources, we detained the accused who had mowed down a forest guard. The forest protector and colleague watched three tractors being stuffed with bajri and being hauled from this book. When they attempted to prevent themtwo tractor drivers were able to fleethe accused conducted over the protector who suffered fatal injuries.”
After getting information concerning the accused driver, cops at plainclothes began searching the neighboring regions after which Lala Ram was detained.
On Sunday, Keval Singh and his colleague went to get patrolling at Baldevgarh check-post field of the tiger book where they found some individuals illegally transporting bajri in the region. When they attempted to prevent them, the men mowed down the shield with a tractor.
According to officers, the detained person would slip the bajri in the book and take it out. Authorities are questioning him to acquire additional details to the nexus. The region is notorious for villagers attacking woods officials.
