Telangana: Under building homes in illegal design dropped in Patancheru | Hyderabad News

HYDERABAD: Sangareddy collector M Hanumantha Rao has warned people against purchasing plots or homes in illegal designs . The collector obtained homes being constructed at Rudraram village at Patancheru mandal at a 100-acre venture capitalist.
Two officers are suspended for permitting illegal designs and structures to develop. Rudraram panchayat secretary Veeresham was suspended for not telling his superiors concerning the prohibited designs rather than quitting the structures which were coming upon them. The village sarpanch has also been issued a show cause notice to the next time.
Raheem who functioned as panchayat secretary of Kandi panchayat previously has also been put under suspension. Before his move Narayankhed Gangapur, he had granted permission for construction 104 homes in an illegal design. Based on these findings with an enquiry accomplished by the divisional panchayat officer, he had been also suspended.
“The people shouldn’t take the probability of buying plots and homes in prohibited designs,” collector Hanumantha Rao stated. “Strict action will be taken against people developing prohibited designs,” he explained.
A sarpanch of all Sojipeta village at Pulkal mandal was issued a show cause notice for not releasing his responsibilities. The collector stated the sarpanch hadn’t been releasing his responsibilities. He wasn’t planting saplings throughout the Haritha Haram programme of the authorities and was also not taking good care of the saplings which was implanted. The village was also not being maintained clean and there has been a delay in the building of a cremation ground, the collector said.
