HYDERABAD: A civil contractor has been granted 10 years of rigorous imprisonment by a court on Wednesday to get a girl in 2012. The accused was detained by a local court at Nampally exactly the exact same moment.
The victim, that has an acquittance together with the convict, was abducted by him in her residence. She had been kept at his home for 2 weeks, wherein she had been raped repeatedly. The convict’s alleged accomplice, according to prosecution had secured the door from outside, when the convict and victim had been within the home.
Two days after the victim went missing, according to a complaint filed with her husband, authorities raided the home of their convict and rescued her.
“From the chargesheet, authorities announced both the builder and his accomplice as accused. The trial, which was launched last year from the court, detained that the contractor when acquitting another accused on Wednesday,” other public prosecutor G Narayana told TOI.
Particular sessions judge for quickly monitoring the instances associated with atrocities against women, B Srinivas Rao, led the convict to experience 10 years of rigorous imprisonment apart from paying Rs 1 lakh fine.
