We would like to recognize and contain this disorder at an early stage and it’s crucial that we’ve got all of the significant kits and materials to ensure our frontline health care workers and physicians that are doing a commendable job don’t face any barriers. We’re extremely satisfied with this item development and start of the VTM and other kits”
Talking about this timely and remarkable advancement, Prof. T. G. Sitharam, Director, IIT Guwahati, stated,”IT Guwahati is grateful to Shri Himanta Biswa Sarma for launch these VIM kits, especially created by IITG on petition by the state authorities.”
He included that IITG was at the forefront in this struggle against COVID-19 and continues to be encouraging the Assam state government in this period of pandemic. On receiving the petition from Director, NHM to supply those VIM kits, the magician instantly acted upon this petition and started production of those sterile and economical VIM kits and also the first batch have been delivered into GMCH.
