Accused girl in police custody

YAMUNANAGAR: The anti-narcotics mobile (ANC) of those Yamunanagar authorities detained a woman after regaining 43. 10gm heroin (chitta) worth about Rs 3 lakh from her ownership under limitations of Sadhaura police station of this district Sunday, said police spokesperson Chamkaur Singh.
The accused was identified as Saroj, spouse of Laksham Das of Sultanpur village. Saroj is going to be shown in the courtroom on Monday, said Chamkaur.
According to the data, the authorities received a tip-off which Saroj of Sultanpur village sells heroin in the region and she’s selling the contraband before her home on Sunday.
“Acting so, the ANC team analyzed the place and Ashwani Kumar Sharma, leader of Government Industrial Training Institute, was also known as in the place. When police raided the home, accused Saroj was sitting on a cot out her home beneath a tree. From the oversight of main Ashwani, the accused girl was assessed and 43. 10 gm heroin was recovered in her ownership”, ” said Chamkaur.
