793 bottles of spirits stolen from Tasmac store near Pollachi | Coimbatore News

COIMBATORE: Unidentified people looted 793 bottles of liquor, value Rs 1.4 lakh, by a Tasmac socket near Pollachi at Tamil Nadu at the wee hours of Thursday.
The thieves entered the store at Vanjiyapuram Pirivu by eliminating some hollow cubes on its walls.
P Krishnan, 41, the manager of this Tasmac socket (no -1851), lodged a complaint with the Pollachi Town East authorities on Thursday.
In his criticism, Krishnan said he closed the store on Wednesday night and went home. After he opened the store around 10am on Thursday, he discovered that a hole on its walls.
The store can be found in an isolated place on the farmland. The thieves ruined a CCTV camera took a digital video recorder (DVR).
The police registered a case and formed a special group to nab the thieves.
Fingerprint specialists visited the crime scene and discovered two fingerprints.
