Covid-19: Punjab surpasses 60k mark, documents 1,498 new instances | Chandigarh News


CHANDIGARH: Punjab on Friday spanned the 60,000 markers by documenting 1,498, new situations, such as 49 deaths. The total state tally currently stands at 60,013.

Of these, 245 at Ludhiana, 218 at Gurdaspur, 195 at Patiala, 100 at Bathinda, 97 at Jalandhar, 67 at Hoshiarpur, 66 at Amritsar, 47 at Muktsar, 45 at Barnala, 44 at Mohali, 34 at Sangrur, 28 at Pathankot, 21 every in Nawanshahr and Fatehgarh Sahib, respectively 14 at Kapurthala, in 11 at Ferozepur, five in Tarn Taran and three at Mansa.
