In a communication to the Department of Animal Husbandry and Dairying (DAHD), Dr Chirantan Kadian, president of this institution, has filed that veterinary services are emergency providers and need 24×7 interventions by the veterinarians in most states, whether it’s law and order issue, extreme weather conditions, epidemics and natural disasters.
