BHUBANESWAR: ArcelorMittal – the planet ‘s biggest steel-maker – will probably invest around Rs two,000 crore at Odisha, Lakshmi N Mittal, chairman and chief executive officer of the business, stated in a video telephone with CM Naveen Patnaik on Saturday.
