KOLAR: Schooling minister S Suresh Kumar on Monday stated his division has issued directions to all instructional establishments to not hike charge for the approaching tutorial yr.
Talking to mediapersons in Chikkaballapur after visiting a number of SSLC examination centres, Kumar stated that regardless of directions from the federal government there have been complaints of charge being hiked by some instructional establishments.
He stated the division has obtained about 1,200 complaints on this regard and the authorities have issued notices to such faculties, which have replied that they might not go forward with the transfer.
“An officer from the division has been tasked with trying into allegations of charge hike and he’ll take appropriate motion within the matter,” the minister stated.
On holding SSLC exams regardless of stiff opposition from sure quarters, Kumar stated sure optimistic circumstances have emerged owing to lapses within the pointers issued by the federal government.
